Shipping policy

Shipping prices within all shipping company has gone up, unfortunately we had to raise our shipping prices too. We ship items Priority or First Class depending on orders, normally shipping travel time is 2-6days. We have been notified that those packages can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. Please plan ahead when ordering for the Holidays. We Ship all Items Monday through Wednesday. If the order contains no wax (no candles or melt) we ship those items Monday through Friday. Due to the nature if the product setting in the warehouse.      

All Product is handmade upon ordering. Please allow 3 to 5 business day for all standard items, 7 to 10 business days for custom items, and 10 to 14 for bulk orders for productions. All items over 16oz are shipped Priority Mail (1-3 days) anything 16oz or less will be shipped Frist Class 2-5 Days. We do offer express shipping on certain product. We are not responsible for any delays of shipping once we check in with the carrier and damages of products due to shipping. 

If a product arrive damage please take pictures of product and create a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us via email raymondscreation6@gmail.com with the information and details of the claim and we will work things out to make you a happy customer.
